Simple change to java-script file to allow mouse hover over the shopping cart. Default set as click on the shopping cart to activate drop down section.
As VQMod cannot change java-script files, I have placed a new java-script file called new-common.js and using VQMod to edit the header.tpl code to assign to this file.
Opencart updates may replace this back to the click function if done manually.
Only tested on OC 1.5.5.1
