VQMOD extension
v1.0 - checks whether the customer is qualified for the "Free Shipping" and shows the corresponding message on the shopping cart page.
uses built in CSS and behaves like original OC messages;
v2.0 - includes integration of the "qualifier" message into original "Success: You have added ... to your shopping cart!" message on all pages that have "Add to Cart" button.
v2.1 - adds "The Sub-Total is ..." to the v2.0 message. Please be aware that it makes the message longer and breaks into two lines If your product name is too long! If so, use the v2.0
tested on 1.5.4.1; 1.5.5.1
