This extension will remove:
1. add to cart button all page.
2. header link for home, wislist, my account, shopping cart.
3. welcome message.
4. header cart.
5. some link in footer area like affiliate, return, voucher and my account.
6. wishlist for all page.
7. radio button (include radio button for image option), select and checkbox option on product page.
Note: For option radio button (include radio button for image option), select and checkbox will displayed using list. For other option like textarea, date-time, and upload still displayed
