[b][u]DESCRIPTION[/u][/b]
“[b]Manage Product Questions[/b]” is an extension that allows the user to ask questions about a product, using an extra tab in the product’s page. The questions are shown in your administrator page. You can read and answer the questions using your administrator page, and store them in your database along with the answers you send. Then you can select which questions (along with their answers) will appear in the “[b]Questions[/b]” tab.
This extension comes along with the “[b]Event Notifications[/b]” extension, which alerts you when “customer triggered events” occur, such as new [b]orders[/b], [b]reviews[/b], [b]returns[/b], [b]enquiries[/b] and [b]affiliates[/b]. For this purpose, icons are added at the right side of administrator’s header.
This extension uses [b]vQmod[/b], so no system files are affected.

-Allow customers to ask questions for a product from the extra “Questions” tab.
-Show previous questions and answers in the same tab.

-Send and store replies to product questions through the administrator’s page.
-Use predefined “greeting” and “footer” texts in your replies.
-Enable or disable a question’s appearance in the “Questions” tab.

-Edit the replies text, after they are sent, to look exactly as you like.[b](version 1.1)[/b]
-Filter product questions by applicant’s name, product, store, date, status and customer.
-Different row color for “not answered” questions and questions marking system.

-Notifications for new orders, reviews, returns, enquiries, product questions and affiliates, with flashing icons at the right of administration’s header.
-Clickable icons that redirects you to the corresponding page.
-Enable “auto approve reviews”.
-The users are notified separately.
