Simplified Chinese Language Pack 1.5.x.x （简体中文包）
Upload the 2 folders inside this archive directly in the opencart root
Login your opencart admin and go to system > localisation > languages
Insert a new language, Complete the form as follow:
Language Name: Chinese
Code: cn
Locale: zh,zh-hk,zh-cn,zh-cn.UTF-8,cn-gb,chinese
Image: cn.png
Directory: chinese
Filename: chinese
Status: Enabled
To make the Chinese language as the default one , in your admin go to system > settings > click edit on your store > then go to the tab Local , select the language "chinese" and save it.
