New feature: If the enquiry was sent from a category or product page, in the email you will have that category/product page mentioned (so you know from what product/category the customer contacted you)

This module allowes you to add an ajax contact us form , as a module whereever you want on your website. Its extremly usefull for instances where the client might have problems. (Example: On the checkout page, display this module , with a message like: "Are you having problems with checkout? Contacts Us").
You can also display in the module phone number(s) for sales and customer service.
You can also set from admin if you want to display a telephone field for customer(like is in this demo) and if either it will be required for the customer to insert a telephone in order to send the email or not.
As mentioned, you can set an Instance Message. Example: If you add a contact us module to the product layout, you can set a message like: "You need to find out more about this product?" and below would be the contact form. Please see a product page for demo.
