This is my first version it does exactly what the name says.
In the next version I will update it to recalculate calculate a deduction to the total cart price (minus the free shipping amount)
NOTE!!!! This overwrites the standard free shipping extension that comes with Opencart install.
Tested this on 1.5.4 & 1.5.4.1, Probably works on others.... If you install it on other versions please let me know so I can update the supported versions for the downloads.
