vQMod for managing reviews at once. You can enable/disable reviews with just one click by going into "Adminisrtation">> Catalog >> Reviews. Choose all or some of the reviews listed by using two newly added buttons "Enable Selected""Disable Selected".

Installation: as simple as it can be - just unzip the archive into your store root folder and all necessary files will be set to their correct places.
