This contribution displays a message to the customer if he doesn't reaches the required minimum total requirement and disables the checkout.
Extension requires VQmod and has been tested on 1.5.4.1.

UPDATE! 20/12/12: New version 1.04 of minimum checkout is now available. In this version you can also set minimum quantity required for checkout.
