This modification will add a text after shopping cart headline which will display the info how much a customer needs to spend until free shipping is activated.
In addition it shows the same information in shipping quote.
If the free shipping is met a congratulations text is displayed.
Tested to work with 1.5.1.x, 1.5.2.x, 1.5.3.x, 1.5.4.x and 1.5.5.x
