With OpenCart you can create unlimited self expiring promotions, but you can’t sell just vouchers, because every purchase of a voucher needs an unique redemption code.
This module is designed to cover this functionality by giving you an extra opportunity to choose whether the product should be treated as voucher or not.
When your customer purchases such kind of product the system will automatically generate redemption code and send it to his e-mail.
You can specify Global & Local (per product) instructions for voucher usage, as well as to setup when (on which order status) the redemption code shall be sent to the customer.
